Wow! Very talented pops you got there! What an artist! Happy Father’s Day!
What a talent! And best wishes for a great day to him.
Those all look like great projects. More on the cosmic pipe?
The best farms are such a cooperative effort.
OK, I’ve just learned about cosmic pipes. Will you tell us more? What is your experience with them? Do you use BD preps?
I’m thinking this is one of the things I need to pursue…
so many questions….
Dear Cosmic pipe and many other things Maker,
Can you guide us to a resource about the making of a cosmic pipe? Yours looked very compelling. We have tried to locate Hugh Lovel to no avail.
We have a tiny beginning of a farm in New Mexico, which needs water and acidity and life force, having been overgrazed hundreds of years ago and still not recovered and long abandoned. We have a shared well but no irrigation. We are just this year using BD preps and making a biodynamic compost pile. There is also a permaculture design in the works to use grey water, catch water off the roof, plant in guilds, sheet mulch, – all great and helpful. Still longing for all the goodness we can gather for this arid high desert land.
One of my collaborators is concerned that doing the pipe in the SW where we live at 7000 ft. would bring in an excess of cosmic energy when we are already closer to the sun and stars. Your insight and any other people with experience farming in the SW and using a cosmic pipe, needed and much appreciated.
Love your blog. Very inspiring and fun to explore.
Thank you!
Louisa.
What an artist! Ditto on the cosmic pipes, do tell.
Belated Happy Father’s Day, and those rafter tails look beautiful!
