Thank You – Kim!

July 8, 2008

Kim at Achorn Farm gave me the Arte Y Pico award for having an interesting and creative blog.  I wanted to thank her for that, and also for understanding the time it takes to accept the award by naming 5 more blogs and posting their links.

It always seems once haying starts, we are always putting out fires.  This season is no exception.

So I think if I understand the rules, if I post the award I have to do the links – and for me to try to pick 5 favorite blogs is impossible!  They are all so good.  And I’m crunched for time, so I’m cheating by saying THANKS KIM!!  I’m glad you liked the blog!

I like Kim’s blog because while she is new to her farm, she is very dedicated and I can relate to some of her posts, because I worked at a community hospital for a long time, and many of my friends were nurses.  So I understand what she’s trying to do.

Congratulations! A very deserving award. I learn something from you that I can apply to my own farm each time I read your blog. I look forward to reading every chance I get. Thanks for taking the time to post from your experiences. It helps those of us that are still learning :O)
