Happy Thanksgiving to you too! And thanks for all you share. Love it, love it! You inspire me (and so many). You’d never know Linny had such a rough start to life: she’s big, beautiful and a stinker (wonder where she got that?)! Fid XOXO

Thank you for sharing with us. We learn so much and your photographs are beautiful. We picture you at your table with family and friends, enjoying all the bounty you have gathered (through hard work). Know your sidekicks are by the table waiting for their share. Happy Thanksgiving.

I am so grateful for your blog! I have learned the most tremendous amount from it — about farming itself, but also about the philosophy and thinking that are as important as the skills themselves. My husband and I are ‘moving’ back to the farming lifestyle that my predecessors purposely left 70 years ago or so, and you are such a wonderful help in that process — you are bridging the gap in knowledge that we face. I know keeping up a regular blog (especially a high-quality one like this one) is very time-consuming; please know you are greatly, greatly appreciated.
