      No, then you can get the real story…can’t blame Chris though, it’s hard not to smile at a big ol’ bowl of butter.

      Barb, actually I’ve had to start making ghee, the freezers are stuffed! It’s shelf stable but more of a pain to make with the cooking and straining after the churning. But I have room on the shelf so ghee it is.

    We are so blessed to live in a world of color. Jane’ s bounty is gold. Can I smell a loaf of fresh baked bread coming out ot he oven? Thanks for sharing.

    Love the bowl! And the butter of course. I agree that ghee is a pain, but it tastes so good! Have you ever tried infusing it? I’ve boiled it down with vanilla beans and it is wonderful. I’m sure any whole/fresh herbs would work.
