    Those are gnarly and gorgeous! Lucky girl to get those for dinner. Root veggies are awesome ~ I’d snag some of those myself!! Hope you had a wonderful Christmas ~

    Parsnips are the best. I’m ready for a beef stew.

      I won’t tell Jane, she doesn’t care for beef stew. Me either actually if there are parsnips in it.

        Gasp! What? What do you do with your parsnips then? The ones that make it to your kitchen, I mean.

          I get enough parsnips through the milk 😉 Usually I roast them with other roots, they taste pretty good then and aren’t slimy.
